Sorry I haven’t posted on the blog in a while, but I haven’t had all that much to say. And what little I have had to say, I’ve been saying over on my twitter page. But this news can’t be contained to 140 characters. So, without further ado…

DRAMA! will be back in bookstores this fall! (Actually, December 21st, which I guess, technically, is winter)

Hmm … looks like I could have said that in 140 characters. But I fear those 140 characters would raise a lot of false hopes. So, here’s the deal in detail…

No, this is NOT new DRAMA! This is the old DRAMA! with a brand new look and a bargain price. DRAMA! The Four Dorothys AND Everyone’s a Critic will be rereleased as one really thick book called … The Devil’s in the Diva.

The Devil’s in the Diva will be sort of a unifying title that ties it all together, but Dorothys and Critics will still have their original titles in the book so we avoid any confusion.

The Devil’s in The Diva may not be new DRAMA!, but if it’s popular enough, it will increase the odds that Simon Pulse may rerelease Show, Don’t Tell and Entrances and Exits. That way any of you that may have missed out on one or two titles will be able to collect the entire series. And if THAT’S popular enough, well who knows what could happen? (Hey, I can dream.)

I know that many of you have been badgering—I mean, kindly suggesting to—your friends that they should read the books. Now there’s an even better way to convince them with the offer of two, two, two books in one!

In the meantime, I can’t wait to see the new cover. I’ll be sure to post something when it’s up (either here or on my twitter page) along with any other news that comes along.

And a big thank you to all the DRAMA! fans out there that have been with the series from the start. If it wasn’t for the nice things you’ve been saying online, in letters, and to those put upon friends, DRAMA! might have disappeared forever.

So, thanks!
